Associate, Managed Care Contracting

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Value Based Contracting, the Associate, Managed Care Contracting is responsible for supporting the CSO’s managed care contracting efforts, including value based payment (VBP) contracts and related deliverables. The Associate would work collaboratively with many other individuals and teams in the CSO, at Maimonides, and at key CCB IPA partner organizations. A successful candidate will possess a passion for advancing healthcare, a strong work ethic, an attention to detail, and a commitment to addressing the needs of communities, patients, and partners in Brooklyn.

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of two years of experience or relevant Master’s degree equivalent, working in contracting and finance in healthcare organizations, preferably related to managed care or value based payment contracting. [Full description]

Associate, Network Support

Reporting to the Manager, Network Support the Associate, Network Support has responsibility for providing support to CCB’s DSRIP Participant network across multiple channels (phone, email, web, etc.) The Associate, Network Support works closely with the CSO’s program design and implementation teams to understand program requirements, implementation progress and emerging issues as they may impact support requests and the strategy for follow up to those requests, and to understand escalation points within the CSO to ensure the availability of enhanced support. The Associate, Network Support helps to solicit timely and complete responses from Participants to contract proposals, requests for information, and reporting requirements. The Associate, Network Support participates in the review of actual vs. targeted levels of performance in support of ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in health care, ideally in a support role interacting directly with providers and/or community based organizations; experience with helpdesk/tracking systems and support workflows; familiarity with principals and methods for continual process improvement all preferred.
